Transformative Breath

About Me
I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 2006 after a year long sinus infection left me physically and emotionally drained. I started meditating and looked for other natural ways to increase my energy. Having read about the health benefits of deep breathing led me to say yes when a friend asked if I wanted to go to Solignment Breath workshop at a yoga studio in Denver. I had no idea then that it would be life changing.
In that first session I experienced a wave of energy, deep relaxation and profound peace. I was thrilled because up until then anxious exhaustion was a pretty normal state for me. With additional sessions, my energy and sleep continued to improve, and I was less anxious and felt happier. The chronic pain I had in my hip left me after a session where I was able to deeply allow myself to feel the sensations in my hip and the emotions that arose from it. I would no longer describe myself as having chronic fatigue syndrome. I also felt more deeply connected to my own intuition. I have had experiences of expanded consciousness and spiritual awareness during these sessions - feeling the deep connection we all have with each other and the world around us.

Before I got Chronic Fatigue, I was a researcher. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology, with a focus on human potential, self-esteem and self-efficacy. I am amazed by how quickly the Solignment breath and embodiment sessions help people with anxiety and depression. Unlike most therapy, which is cognitive in nature, this deeply embodied somatic process creates a theta brain wave state that allows direct access to deep imprints, fears, and limiting beliefs hidden in the subconscious, allowing them to heal in a way that creates lasting change. Because it is embodied rather than cognitive, it works very well combined with traditional therapies. My clients have told me it sped up their progress in therapy by helping to changing their self limiting beliefs and habits in ways that lead to more happiness and less anxiety and depression.
I felt so much better physically and emotionally that I was inspired to train become a certified Solignment Breath facilitator, and then take the advanced course to learn the Solignment embodiment process, in order be able to share these powerful life-transforming tool with others.

I offer Solignment breath workshops at yoga studios, and private Solignment breath and Solignment embodiment sessions both Online and in-person (Denver, Boulder, Golden, Lakewood, Evergreen, Kittredge, Idaho Springs and Morrison Colorado).
